This "miracle machine" boasts several technological advantages: the entire vehicle is equipped with a variable frequency speed control system, which, combined with absolute encoders, achieves millimeter-level position control. It integrates multiple functions such as anti-sway, automatic point-to-point grasping, and constant-weight cyclic operation, creating a fully automated closed-loop operation system.
The system employs a triple control mode of "manual + wireless remote control + fixed-point unloading," combining intelligent convenience with flexible control. A fully automatic interface is reserved for seamless integration with future capacity upgrades and process adjustments, providing ample space for intelligent iteration of the production line.
Equipped with nine major protection functions including short-circuit protection, overload protection, and lifting limit protection, and combined with PLC and variable frequency speed control technology, it achieves smooth starting and stopping and precise speed control. This effectively reduces mechanical wear and tear and eliminates safety hazards at the source, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
