It integrates a multitude of functions—including crust breaking, anode replacement, residue cleaning, and automated covering material application—into a single unit. It automatically breaks through the solidified electrolyte crust, extracts spent anodes, and recovers covering materials. Leveraging exclusive PTM automated anode-changing technology—centered on AI vision recognition—the unit autonomously executes eight major operational procedures.
