Its clamps feature a large-stroke opening and closing mechanism, allowing them to flexibly accommodate carbon blocks of varying sizes. This design completely eliminates the customer's need to frequently replace clamp teeth, thereby obviating the need for repetitive calibration and significantly enhancing both operational convenience and efficiency.
Anode Carbon Block Stacking Crane: High Efficiency, Stability, and Reliability
Serving as the central transfer hub within the carbon block warehouse, this crane is equipped with flexible, adjustable combination clamps capable of precisely gripping 10 anode carbon blocks in a single pass. Furthermore, it can flexibly adjust the number of blocks gripped based on production demands, thereby achieving a harmonious blend of high-efficiency operations and flexible production. This provides a robust guarantee for the continuous and stable handling of raw materials at the upstream end of the electrolytic aluminum process.
Multi-functional Unit for Electrolytic Aluminum: Intelligent, Precise, and Controllable
This multi-functional unit for electrolytic aluminum is equipped with a high-precision sensor-based height measurement and tightening system. It integrates a multitude of functions—including crust breaking, anode replacement, residue cleaning, and automated covering material application—into a single unit. It automatically breaks through the solidified electrolyte crust, extracts spent anodes, and recovers covering materials. Leveraging exclusive PTM automated anode-changing technology—centered on AI vision recognition—the unit autonomously executes eight major operational procedures. This achieves a "zero-risk" environment regarding personnel exposure, drastically reduces the physical labor intensity for workers, and comprehensively enhances both production safety and operational efficiency.
