Specialized Training on Key Technical Points of Design and Manufacturing of European-Style Wire Rope Electric Hoists for KuangShan crane in Henan

Strengthening Skills, Improving Quality and Efficiency. On February 11th, a special training session on "Key Technical Points of Design and Manufacturing of European-Style Wire Rope Electric Hoists" was held as scheduled at the company's intelligent industrial park. The training was conducted by Zhao Dingyuan, a technical expert from the company.

Zhao Dingyuan is a senior mechanical engineering engineer and currently a technical expert at Henan KuangShan Crane Co., Ltd., primarily engaged in the research and development of electric hoists. He has led and participated in the development and research of numerous mid-to-high-end electric hoist products. He previously served as the R&D Manager and Chief Engineer of Demag (Demag Lifting Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) and the Technical Director and Chief Engineer of the Technical Center at KONE Cranes Shanghai Co., Ltd.

This training covered hoist designers, all employees in the hoist workshop, and key technical personnel in machining, quality assurance, and production. Through precise training, the professional skills of design and manufacturing personnel were strengthened, improving product safety, reliability, and market competitiveness.
